Wisconsin Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Jay C. Hazen is a 1991 graduate of the Marquette University Dental School. He has several hundred hours of continuing education credits in all phases of dentistry including intensive training and education in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry and is a current member of the following:

About Our Wisconsin Cosmetic Dentist Office
Our newly-remodeled facility is equipped with only the best and newest in dental technologies and equipment. These include digital x-rays to reduce your exposure to radiation by 85 percent, intra-oral cameras to allow us to show you the work we're doing and why and a CAD CAM computer called a Cerec to allow us to create inlays, onlays and crowns in just one appointment.
